The Essential Event Management option is designed for couples who have planned their wedding independently and want professional oversight during the final weeks. This level of support focuses on organizing the details, confirming vendor logistics, and creating a clear wedding day timeline so everything flows smoothly.

Beginning two weeks before the wedding, we step in to ensure all parties involved are aligned and prepared. We run rehearsal and on the wedding day, our role is to manage the timeline through reception formalities, oversee vendor arrival and setup, and handle behind-the-scenes logistics so the day unfolds exactly as planned. This option is ideal for couples who want peace of mind and confident execution without additional planning involvement.
